What a year can do
Amazing what a year can do hey? Never thought it would happen and I didn't actively try. I guess I should try a bit harder next year and reach the ideal weight I've longed for? I should of got the same shirt and took the same photo at Tuggeranong, outside Target. This photo was recent enough though.
Calling in from Melbourne again
I'm in Melbourne doing a Microsoft Exchange 2007 course for work. It is quite interesting to learn about Microsoft equivalent technologies - I've grown up to Unix based solutions.... Anyway asides from that, how close is it to Christmas? New Year? Any new year resolutions? Did last year's resolutions live up to your expectations? So many questions and answers that we probably don't want to give haha. I like new years. It is a perfect time to start a change - even if it only lasts the first week. Well must be off now, another day at the office. Hopefully I get to post before next year LOL!
Web Hosting Geeks
It took me a long time to settle on a webhost for my own site, simply because there are too many out there. People don't realise that some webhosts could even be family a computer, sitting in the living room! I'm not here to swing you in a direction of a particular webhost, but to provide some direction in finding the best web hosting to suit your needs. Web Hosting Geeks neatly compiles web hosting companies for you and gives you a chance to evaluate them to suit your circumstances. Take a minute to visit them if you are looking at some webhosting. Some of the webhosts that caught my eye are the ones advertising unlimited space. Be sure to read carefully though, there can be restrictions imposed on these types of accounts. If you are planning on becoming a power website, consider getting some dedicated server hosting. You will get a single machine hosting your site. This means increased reliability and safety by having only the one account on the server.
One Nightclub
I know I've been out and about the town over the last 6 months, but I would have never guessed being up on the big screen at One. What's also funny is Alex also making his debut appearance only after entering the place 3 times (mind you he's only been in Albury for less than 2 months). So what's next on the list...oh right, Christmas.
Christmas for Payatas
Even though I live in Australia, the blood that runs through me is full Filipino. Spare a thought for the hardship in the Philippines at the moment, especially the landfill in Payatas. The families in the area forage every day to make money to survive. Please think about donating to the Lighthouse Center for Children Foundation and give some hope for Christmas For Payatas.
