Yet again I’ve been lazy you guys say! Not really, it’s merely because I’m pretty busy with a lot of things. It is only by coincidence that I had a spare moment to upload some stuff tonight. I’m still on a high from the eisteddfod…still practising and I finally got around to getting my violin repaired. I got a new bridge and some sweet strings - it’s inspired me to practice. Hopefully I can record myself playing Meditation once it’s up to a good standard. I also got around to learning the last 2 movements of my Beethoven Sonata. Just got to polish them up now and also memorise all my pieces (the hard bit). Memorising is pretty easy when you are not under pressure, once the gun is on you, you always think about the inevitable and almost forget what comes next. I’ve had a few of those experiences and that’s why lately I’ve been playing with the sheet music. On the other side of the fence, I’ve been hanging out with a lot of Jack’s friends lately. After pretty much a separation from all my friends when I was at uni, it’s good to be back and enjoying the fun times again! PS. I got a new car!
