The perfect fill in
My oh my. It's been a while yet again since I've posted. I'm not going to give excuses but instead continue on for what I originally planned for. A few weeks ago, Dylan's mum - Rebecca, came all the way from the US to visit. What perfect timing it was since our "Get-a-Grip" team on Monday nights was temporarily one female player down. For two weeks, Rebecca helped us battle to two victories! Thanks
It was also good that we had a chance to show her around the neighbouring areas. Albeit Beechworth...But it was good because we got to go to the Honey shop. I had never seen a real working beehive before and the honey making tour was just fantastic. My parents also got to meet her and we had a yummy lunch before she left.

SAM SP1 Ball Machine
Not long ago I finally got my new toy! A ball machine!!! I really wanted one to improve my stroke dependability and it's really convenient because I don't need somebody to hit up with me. It feels like the machine at the other end is a person that never misses...because it doesn't, unless you don't set it up correctly. For all the times I've used it, I have only practised groundies and the occasional volley. Next time I'll do a basket load of groundies, volleys and lobs. Check out the vid anyway
Mental Breakdown
Couldn't help but think I must throw tantrums on the court albeit much more subtle than this...
Not taking opportunities
I think I was up here at 0-30 and I didn't make the most of the opportunity. Dylan won the match 6-1, 6-1...which was expected anyway. I'm going to try and break my record of winning more than 4 games during the match next time haha.
