Noooooooooooo

Posted in University of Wollongong on October 30th, 2005

Exams tomorrow!!! NOOOOOOOO. This day is going so slow. I wish it would just be Monday already so I can do the programming exam that has be plaguing me all week, and so I can actually study and focus on the other 3. It is really depressing weather here, just started an outbreak of rain and it sucks. Yeh yeh I know we need rain but it just isn’t the time, and since daylight savings kicked in, there is more sunlight - day = slower. These are just one of the days that are just so anticipating you have no idea what to do. So I basically went down to the video store and hired “American Pie - Band Camp”. It was good, just the normal teen flicks but this one made me wipe a tear or two. I don’t really know why, but there was some bit where it was just to kind not to shed a few! (You’ll find out if you watch it, maybe I’m just wierd).

I bought some batteries for my calculator because I’m so paranoid that they will die when I do my stat exam, but the problem is I don’t have a precision screwdriver to open it up. AHhhhhhhhh!!!!!.

Anyway plans for next 48 hours:
1. Do a few more tutorials for ECTE182 (Internet Technology 1).
2. Head to Maccas for a “healthy” and deserved dinner.
3. Read over CSCI124 (Object Programming) notes one more time before bed.
4. Ring Drage/Pia, go to bed early.
5. Wake up 5am.
6. Depending on the weather I would possibly use Peter’s car to get to uni, otherwise shitty rail is currently in use.
7. Arrive at Sutherland around 7:15am, get picked up for uni.
8. Shit bricks, enter exam room, look at paper and cuss or smile.
9. Count each mark I know I should get right, each mark is 1% to passing.
10. Leave exam room - minimal talk about exam.
11. Return home, return DVD.
12. Have a well deserved dinner.
13. Do a few more ECTE182 tutorials.
14. Sleep and prepare for the next 3 exams ahead.
15. Blog, if necessary.

Adios! (Wish me luck)

Killing STAT131

Posted in General on October 26th, 2005

I’m kinda on a high at the moment because I got my last stat assignment result! 48/48, yay I killed it. I wasn’t expecting that good - but hey, I’ll take it…expect the unexpected.

My first exam is on Monday, running right through to the following Wednesday. I’m currently doing some study, not hardcore study, but enough hopefully to pull me through. The imminent future of going back home to sweet sweet Albury will make everything worth it’s while (for a few weeks ’till I get bored again). On that note, I was reading yesterday’s Daily Telegraph, and Albury’s Dean St. is No. 50 on the most fined streets. Looks like we should be aiming higher for No. 1 like Pitt St. Sydney…or not!

Well I guess it’s back to study.
I’ll keep you posted as exam week sets in.

Just gotta push for the end of this week and study most of next week and then I should be fine for the finals!!! Then I’ll be able to go home!!! And I want my job back!!! Anyways since I’m on a happy note, I’ll leave it on one. I’ll get back to you soon. Perfect time to blog

Posted in General on October 13th, 2005

We’ll I’ve finished stat to my satisfaction so I thought this would be a perfect time to blog. I’m so tired but, and I want to wake up reasonably early so I can watch elimiDate on Foxtel Arena lol! It’s such a good show, you always see the same skanky one everyday. Anyway, I promise I will get something good up. But for now I must sleep and on Saturday I’m at Blacktown with Mark doing a gig!!! Yayness.
